STARS Principal, Jaclyn Walters
It is my honor and privilege to serve as the principal of a program where every student is celebrated, supported, and empowered. At STARS, we are deeply committed to providing a safe, inclusive, and enriching environment where students with disabilities can grow academically, socially, and emotionally.
Our name, S.T.A.R.S., represents our mission:
Supporting each student with compassion and individualized care
Guiding them through important Transitions as they grow and prepare for life beyond school.
Focusing on their unique Abilities, not limitations.
Encouraging Resilience in the face of challenges.
And striving for Success, however it may look for each learner.
We believe every child has the potential to shine, and we are here to nurture that light. Our dedicated team works alongside families and the broader community to ensure that every student feels seen, heard, and empowered to thrive.
